Return and Refund Policy

At EverVibe Life, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a smooth and transparent return and refund process for all eligible orders. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a request.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify, the item must be in its original condition, unused, free of damage, include all accessories, parts, manuals and original packaging, and have a valid proof of purchase.

Items that are assembled, installed, used or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

2. Non Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation or neglect

  • Custom or special order items

3. Large Equipment Returns (Cold Plunge Tubs, Saunas and Recovery Machines)

Large equipment returns require special handling.

These items must be shipped back using freight and not standard carriers. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee of 15 percent may apply to cover inspection, handling and warehouse processing. The item must be securely packaged in its original crate or packaging. If the original packaging is not available, the customer must arrange safe crating with a licensed freight provider.

4. Return Process

To start a return, contact us at support@evervibelife.com. Provide your order number, product name and reason for return. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Do not return any item without receiving confirmation and return instructions from our team.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing. Shipping charges paid at purchase are non refundable. If a restocking fee applies, it will be deducted from the final refund amount.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the damage and packaging. Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

We will arrange a replacement or repair depending on the product and severity of the issue. Damage reported after 48 hours may not qualify for a full replacement.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items at no extra cost. For other reasons, exchanges follow the same process as returns.
