This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped and delivered when you shop at EverVibe Life. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

If an item is out of stock, back ordered or requires extra preparation, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Methods

Shipping methods depend on the size of your order.

a. Standard Size Items

Small and medium items ship through regular carriers such as USPS, UPS or FedEx.

b. Large Equipment (Saunas, Cold Plunge Tubs and Recovery Machines)

Large items require freight shipping.
Freight carriers may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Curbside delivery is the default option. This means the driver will place the item at the nearest safe location outside your home. It does not include moving the product indoors or assembling it unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic standard orders: 3 to 7 business days

  • Domestic freight orders: 7 to 14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays or high seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for most orders within the United States.
Large items that require special handling may incur additional freight charges depending on location or access restrictions. If this applies, we will contact you before processing your order.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 24 to 48 hours to update.

7. Delivery Requirements

Please ensure the delivery address is accurate.
For freight orders, someone must be present to sign for delivery. If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available, redelivery fees may apply.

Inspect all large deliveries before signing. If there is visible damage, note it with the driver and take photos immediately.

8. Missing, Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours.

We will work with the carrier to locate the package.
Refunds or replacements for lost or stolen packages are handled on a case by case basis.

9. Damaged Deliveries

If a product arrives damaged:

  • Report it within 48 hours

  • Provide photos or video of the damage

  • Keep all packaging materials

We will arrange a repair or replacement depending on the type of item and the extent of damage.
